Partner (f/m) Change

Your tasks:
Partners are our intellectual leaders, bringing innovative business and strategic thinking to the company and its clients and acting as trusted advisors. They are part of the innogy Consulting management team and therefore responsible for the account management and project acquisition as well as for the strategic content related to the overall task. Furthermore, as a Partner you have a direct impact on the company results. Thus, your main tasks will be as follows:
  • Change project portfolio responsibility in Group-wide key initiatives to support the transformation of innogy and the whole Group including result responsibility for the success
  • Directly support and coach the top management of change programmes within the Group
  • Represent innogy Consulting as part of the management and leadership team for change programmes within the Group
  • Key account to the top management and the board of the Group
  • Managing, coaching and guiding project leaders, consultants and experts in order to create sustainable impact and movement
  • Responsibility for the personal development of consultants and their career development
  • Leading the innogy Consulting Change Practice team and further developing the capabilities of the consultants
  • Responsibility for positioning the Change Practice including strategic development of products and services to complete the portfolio of innogy Consulting

Your profile:

Skill set:
  • University degree in business, psychology or social studies
  • 8-10 years of work experience in change and systemic consulting, preferably in a top management consultancy
  • 4-5 years of experience in leading diverse teams
  • Highly skilled in project and process management as project lead in change and/or transformation projects
  • Proven track record in designing and facilitating workshops and trainings as well as strong experience with coaching of individuals and teams
  • Very experienced in large group facilitation and with group/team dynamics
  • Highly skilled and experienced in systemic analysis and deriving, designing and executing systemic interventions impactful
  • Very good leadership skills with proven application within a consultancy environment
  • Advanced training as systemic consultant, coaching certification or likewise
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • International experience
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel to support an international project portfolio all over the Group and its regions
